How many times do you hear someone say “I’m a bit OCD?” This short performance is here with the reality as we delve into the mindset of those who suffer from OCD.
A disorder is an illness, it disrupts physical and mental functions.
A disorder can control individuals’ lives, causing dysfunction and distress daily.
A disorder is not something to be ashamed of, yet so much stigma surrounds the word. - A life where you are constantly aware your mind is deceiving you yet being unable to control it.

Think of all the stories that lie within your handbag. From a key to your forever home to an old sweet wrapper stuck to your purse. But how does it feel when you are watching somebody go through your handbag and you can’t stop it. An out-of-body experience that takes you on an emotional journey of a stranger going through your private life, and you can’t stop them.

Storytelling
The eight storytellers have been developing a portfolio of stories over the past 10 weeks. They have explored a variety of story structures and genres and as you will see from the work they are diverse but equally enthralling. Some of the themes within them are challenging and each story told is original; from the naïve to the macabre. They are best watched somewhere quiet, with a cup of tea and a biscuit.
